After nearly 20 years working for one of the region’s most respected tree care companies—and four intense years as a wildland firefighter for the U.S. Forestry Service—Jamey knew he was ready to build something different. Something personal. Something lasting.
That’s why he founded Shen Valley Tree Service—a company grounded in expertise, local pride, and the belief that homeowners in Augusta County deserve more than just a crew with chainsaws. They deserve a certified arborist who cares. Someone who listens, explains the “why,” and treats every job site like their own backyard.
